Cynthia Aguirre is a Project Manager for KASA Development. Using her experience in asset management and project development, she is responsible for vital day-to-day project management tasks, coordinating between the technical consultant team, serving as our liaison with various jurisdictions and vendors. She skillfully assists the team in all aspects of development related to scheduling, budget preparation and tracking, data analysis, plan review, reporting, and related administrative, operational, and management items.
