Coming soon is our Southern Commons project. A gated build-for-rent community of 80 paired homes on a single 8-acre lot, located in the Phoenix suburb of Laveen. Purposedly built for rent this KASA community boasts all the comforts of home with attached garages and driveways with all the conveniences of a luxury apartment.

Southern Commons residents will enjoy an oversized pool, spa, multiple ramadas with barbeques and clubhouse. We love your pet, too, and show it with our spacious back gardens, private dog park and multiple pet-washing stations. KASA will plant 270 native, drought tolerant trees, creating a park-like setting and shrinking our carbon footprint. Our duplex homes will compete with single family homes because all units will have double, full-size garages and 2-car driveways. We are the only rental community in the greater Laveen area that offers this generous 4-car per unit parking, plus guest parking throughout the community.

These homes are purposely built-for-rent and are designed to live like single family homes. Our larger floor plans are 1870sf of living space. We have utility rooms and large pantries; our homes offer the storage and conveniences you want in your home.
Southern Commons is conveniently located ½ mile from the freeway for an easy commute to downtown Phoenix and is surrounded by services for the tenants. The adjacent neighborhoods are well-kept single-family homes.

Look at our floorplans – the 3bedroom plus 3.5bath unit prioritizes privacy. Every bedroom is sized like a master bedroom, with a walk-in closet. Kitchens are full-sized, living is designed for oversized TVs and we have added a downstairs guest bath.
The 3bed/2.5bath has those same features, however trading a bathroom for an upstairs family den, office or exercise room.
The 2bed/2bath unit will have dual master suites, walk-in closets, side by side washer dryer and vaulted ceilings with the full-size double car garage and driveway parking. We are truly the only community that offers the privacy, comforts and conveniences of a house with every floorplan.
