KASA Sources Its Own Materials Worldwide with Our KASA International Teams
We have employed direct sourcing teams in China, Mexico and California
Our purchasing experts sourcing our materials and fixtures directly from the manufacturers, bypassing the routine markups that distributors pass on to the builder. KASA buys in large quantities and imports directly to our factory in Mexico. This method reduces many of the foreign tariffs, by as much as 90%, if the same products were imported to the USA. Once materials are installed in our homes, the modules are imported under the USMCA – NAFTA2 agreement without additional tariffs.

Strategic Transportation Partnerships
We can travel further at greatly reduced costs
KASA has partnered with transportation providers in Mexico that can deliver our products anywhere in the United States for significantly less than US trucking companies.
The Mexican trucking companies can then pick up turn-around loads for import back to Mexico, further reducing transportation costs for KASA. Unlike US-based manufacturers, KASA is not limited to a 500-mile delivery radius; we can consider opportunities within a much larger geographical area.
This advantage enables KASA to serve markets that traditional construction or modular companies cannot profitably enter.
