Gregory Sloditskie earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University. He has since worked exclusively in the prefab industry all over the world, including Asia, South America, Europe, South Africa and Australia. While most of his work has focused on volumetric prefab (modular), he also has experience with manufactured housing (mobile), SIPs and site construction. In addition, his work has involved schematic factory layouts, fixture design, staffing and equipment requirements, and optimizing workflow in existing factories.
He has worked as a senior project designer, specializing in code compliance, fire protection, material research and architect/engineer/GC/ factory coordination. While working for Blueprint Robotics, his duties included software integration, factory layout, material sourcing and equipment testing. In addition, he has provided engineering services for some of the top prefab architecture firms and design schools.
