Mike brings over 35 years of Senior Leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain and service operations to KASA. He spent the last decade as a General Manager for Champion Homes, one of the largest manufacturers of modular homes in the United States. Under his leadership, he promoted a culture of excellence, quality and safety through Lean Six Sigma process initiatives. His revolutionary approach resulted in significant reduction in waste, manufacturing defects and employee turnover. Additionally, Mike implemented safety processes, (STOP Behavioral Based Process) resulting in the company’s best OSHA record in its 40-year history.
