Consulting Project Manager

Nancy provides an array of consulting services to KASA as part of the project management team using her over thirty years of experience in the real estate development industry. She is involved in many development disciplines such as due diligence, forward planning, entitlement, asset management, construction management, project management, permitting, and LEED consulting within the public and private sectors. In particular, she is responsible for leading, managing, and directing consultants in all aspects of design and development for our residential communities. Currently, she is working on KASA development projects in Phoenix and Bullhead City, Arizona.
